Hydropneumatic Subsoiler RCH-P
The hydropneumatic subsoiler is an agricultural implement suitable for working large areas with loose, friable, tough soils, both dry and wet, or soils with predominantly skeletal structure. It can be used with tractors of 140–320 HP, depending on the model.
ORIGINALITY
The frame is open to prevent clogging from crop residues or other biomass, significantly reducing working time.
The hydropneumatic system absorbs and withstands vibrations and shocks, preventing damage to the most stressed mechanical components. It also pushes the tractor, increasing inertia and ensuring constant perfect wheel grip on the soil, offering major advantages by reducing draft force, work time, maintenance costs, and fuel consumption.
The hydraulic system allows easy adjustment and control of initial working conditions: before starting work, simply set the oil pressure acting on the pistons using the manometer.
ADVANTAGES OF THE "DI RAIMONDO" RCH-P HYDROPNEUMATIC SUBSOILER
High operator safety thanks to the implement’s structure, designed to prevent risks during use.
Maximum operator comfort due to the hydraulic system that absorbs shocks and vibrations.
High energy savings provided by the hydropneumatic system, which requires less power and reduces tractor fuel consumption.
Extremely easy to use thanks to the simple oil pressure adjustment system.
Excellent results and improved soil productivity thanks to shanks designed for better cracking and aeration of the soil.
Significant reduction in maintenance costs due to the high reliability of the structure made from high-strength steel.
Excellent investment: durable, safe, and highly effective in soil working.
Field Test
Tested on both loose soils and medium-textured soils with clay and silt. In a single pass, the shank provided perfect vertical soil cracking and break-up of large clods, exposing perennial weed organs to weathering to devitalize them. This type of working also allowed uniform water penetration and excellent soil aeration.
