The RAPID is suitable for shallow tillage, for incorporating large amounts of crop residues (such as corn), and for cover crops. The equipment offers various adjustments to adapt to light soils. An innovative machine that performs multiple operations simultaneously, its unique structure features two rows of discs, set in opposite directions, to allow surface tillage in a single pass, ensuring straight travel and significant savings in time and fuel.

The RAPID performs multiple operations in a single pass: shredding, mixing and fracturing, leveling, and consolidation, allowing it to work on all types of crop residues thanks to the independent use of each working module. This machine ensures high penetration capacity: thanks to the independent bodies with non-stop hydropneumatic safety and the fixed support on bushings, side draft is avoided, guaranteeing penetration capability in any condition and greatly reducing the risk of clogging, even in the presence of large amounts of residues (corn, wheat, or manure).

Stubble tillage is an important step after harvest to effectively manage weeds and incorporate plant debris into the soil. The RAPID cultivator works shallowly between 3 and 10 cm deep to ensure homogeneous incorporation of residues and accelerate their decomposition in the soil. Shallow tillage after harvest encourages the emergence of weeds and regrowth from the previous crop. The RAPID disc harrow allows multiple tillage operations to be performed: creating false seedbeds, shallow tillage, cover crop seeding, and seedbed preparation. It is ideal for good soil management between one crop and another and contributes to the success of the next crop.
