Hydropneumatic Tiller CH-LP
The CH-LP hydraulic cultivator is a versatile agricultural machine suitable for working tough, clayey soils, whether dry or wet, as well as predominantly rocky soils. It can be used with tractors ranging from 70 to 180 HP.
ORIGINALITY
Its strong and versatile frame provides a working width of up to 390 cm.
The hydraulic working system uses the greater stiffness of the pistons connecting the working tools to the frame to absorb and withstand vibrations and shocks.
The NO-STOP safety system enables the working position to be quickly restored after an obstacle has been overcome.
The sharp-edged ploughshares loosen highly cloddy soils without disrupting their stratigraphy, ensuring the best possible working conditions.
The mechanical components are arranged to prevent the machine from clogging and the tractor from slipping, thereby increasing inertia and ensuring constant ground grip.
ADVANTAGES OF THE HYDROPNEUMATIC TILLER CH-LP “DI RAIMONDO”
Thanks to its design, which is intended to prevent any risk or danger during use, this machine offers high operator safety.
The hydraulic system absorbs and withstands shocks and vibrations, ensuring maximum comfort.
Thanks to its hydropneumatic system, the machine requires less power and the tractor consumes less fuel, resulting in high energy savings.
The simple initial oil adjustment system offers extreme user-friendliness.
Thanks to the tines designed to optimise cracking and aeration, excellent results and improved soil productivity are achieved.
Maintenance costs are greatly reduced thanks to the structure's high reliability, which is due to the use of high-strength steels.
Thanks to the features that guarantee long life and effective soil processing, this is an excellent and safe investment.
Field Test It was tested on loamy, medium-textured,silty and clayish soils. Thanks to the excellent disturbing action, the working bodies were able to loosen the soil and break down large clods in a single pass, exposing the perennial weed organs to weather agents and leading to their devitalisation.
