Hydropneumatic Tiller CH-LP
The CH-LP hydraulic cultivator is an agricultural machine suitable for working clayey, tough soils, whether dry or wet, or predominantly skeletal soils. It can be used with tractors from 70 to 180 HP.
ORIGINALITY
The very strong and versatile frame offers a very large working width, up to 390 cm.
The hydraulic working system exploits the greater stiffness of the pistons that connect the working tools to the frame, absorbing and withstanding vibrations and shocks.
The NO-STOP safety system allows quick restoration of the working position after overcoming an obstacle.
The coulters have sharp edges to loosen highly cloddy soils without disrupting their stratigraphy, ensuring the best possible working conditions.
The mechanical components are arranged in such a way as to avoid clogging of the tool and slippage of the tractor, increasing inertia and ensuring constant ground adherence.
ADVANTAGES OF THE HYDROPNEUMATIC TILLER CH-LP “DI RAIMONDO”
High operator safety thanks to the structure designed to prevent any risk or danger during use.
Maximum comfort due to the hydraulic system that absorbs and withstands shocks and vibrations.
High energy savings thanks to the hydropneumatic system, which allows the tool to require less power and the tractor to consume less fuel.
Extreme ease of use offered by the simple initial oil adjustment system.
Excellent results and improved soil productivity thanks to the anchors designed to optimize cracking and aeration.
Great reduction of maintenance costs due to the high reliability of the structure, built with high-strength steels.
Excellent and safe investment, thanks to the features that guarantee long life and effective soil processing.
Field Test
Tested on loamy soils as well as medium-textured soils with silt and clay content. With a single pass, the working bodies were able to loosen the soil and break down large clods, thanks to the excellent disturbing action, which also exposed the perennial weed organs to weather agents, leading to their devitalization.
